This project is a remodel of a custom home in Laguna Beach. The project actually consists of several smaller projects in phases.
One of the major portions of this project is the cornerless folding door in the Living Room looking out towards the ocean.

The addition of this door to the house was a major structural undertaking. Note that there is no supporting column in the corner where the two folding doors intersect. When these doors are opened, the Living Room and Deck are united into one space.

There is still quite a bit of finish work to be done before the house is complete. However, the installation of the folding doors was a major milestone in this project.
